It would be interesting to have a comparison (impartial, of course, guess that rules out a few big magazines) of all turbocharged cars, including Saab, Volvo, VW, Audi, Subaru, etc.
I agree with stevec's comments about the VW styling though. To me, they certainly look far too much alike, and add to that the fact that they all look like the Audi's, too. Though I'm probably in the minority, I think the clear taillights on the new Jetta look hideous, just as do the ones on the new Maxima and the IS300. Frankly, I don't even know what the difference is between a Jetta and a Passat, or a Passat vs an A4, are there any of note?
Now Saab, two very distinct models, one of which at least looks like nothing else on the road, and other one I think still quite handsome and unique..
Still, I can't help but wish that Saab made a brand new car that looks like the '91-'92 9000T, yet incorporates all the enhancements of the 9^5, such as much stiffer body, much more refinement and smoothness, xenon headlamps, etc.. :)
