Hey Tony,
Life was so much easier when I just didn't know, y'know? I used to care only about getting outside for a good bike ride. Now I'm looking forward to getting my oil analyzed & cutting open my oil filters with the rare-earth magnets stuck to the outsides. My son looks at the computer screen, then looks at me & says, "So, all these guys do is sit around & talk about oil?" It's a sad, sad thing ...
There was a thread started here last Friday that made me consider the recent differences in Saab's oil recommendations, so I thought it'd be an interesting exercise to run a comparison. Then I started in with the GM-LL spec, & a few personal opinions, & before you know it, it's all gotten way outta hand. All I can say is, once the weather gets nice I'd better be out riding my bike. Especially if I'm gonna do the Triple Bypass this year.
