No politics here, just a question or two. I fly my American flag daily, 24/7. I keep a light on it at night. On the same pole I also have a smaller MIA flag. I have flown this for years. I do not have any family members or friends who are MIA, I fly it out of respect. Is this proper in peacetime and wartime? Given that we are in a war, I don't want to be disrespecful to those now MIA. Also, I notice a lot of flags at half mast. Is this normal during a war or is it done by those with an direct connection to a serviceperson who was killed? Thanks!
