If some of the tuners would have tranny rebuild parts with stronger gears and whatnot then it might be feasible to do so regularly. Speedparts and Quaife are the only ones that do anything like that. Problem is Speedparts only has a gearset for the c900 and Quaife's set is a 6spd for the ng900 f25 gearbox. Also in there is the cost of these gear sets. If gears and stronger internals could be made for all saabs and be more affordable then we'd probably see more happening. I know for 9k's however tranny case flex is a problem, I have an idea of welding on an extra tranny mount on the rear with it bolting down to the subframe; basically it would be the same setup on the backside. For c900, there is currently a project of getting a cast iron casing done but I haven't seen any more info on that, I'll have to go look that up.
