Do you have a boost gauge hooked up?
The Viggen literature said that it is ABLE to produce 21 psi, but very few will.
I know at sea level 10-12 psi is about all they will ever push out to make full power.
If you don't have a boost gauge, you might be surprised to learn you aren't making as much as you think.
