The fuel pressure regulator would have nothing to do with hitting fuel cut if you are indeed hitting it. If you are, there is some adaptation in the ecu to adapt back so if you hit it once or twice, the ecu should adapt back a hair so that you do not hit it again.
You might want to check you're base boost. If base boost is too high it can cause the turbo to spike a little high on boost and cause issues.
Not sure were Nordic puts fuel cut, if at all, but I would suspect something else is going on.
The ngk bcpr 7es-11 plugs are what you need and run best in our cars. We have tried em all and some more expensive bosh and irridium plugs take more power to run them and they just don't work well in our saabs.
Get the ngk bcpr 7es-11 plugs in there ASAP! They should be gapped to 1.0mm.
