From your post below, it seems the car is performing above spec already (assuming Saab's numbers are taken at the flywheel, which I'd think they are). As you describe it, your problem rather is with the ECU cutting boost pressure too soon - which is what I thought the new ECU was going to fix. Guess I just don't see the point in all the Dynos.

I do understand your frustration with the dealer; though in their defense, they probably rarely deal with someone complaining that their car doesn't hit top speed. You probably have had better luck with Opel service, because there are just a lot more Opels in ZA than Saabs - the pool of mechanics is larger. I mean, how many Saab dealers are there in ZA? 2? 3? The one in Durban is run out of a GM dealership - Cadillacs, Suburbans and Saabs - good business plan, huh?
