Upgrading Bypass valves

I'm looking to put something better than the stock bosch unit on an 84 1mm overbore intercooled 8v turbo rally engine I'm building. I'll be using a T25 or equivalent garret, probably a hybrid T3 T25 mix or something- but really i want to know about the bypass valves. Seeing as how I won't be pushing more than 16-18 PSI (going for low lag and torque, not monster flow) I might end up with a viggen bypass valve although i'm not sure. It'll prolly come down to money- i can get genuine SAAB parts dumb cheap through a dealer. but they doe look yummy :)
Does anyone have any experience with them. Rumour has it some people are running the Bailey one around here. For north of $150 I want to be sure this is what i want and/or need...

Looks good, i was going to go with the TAS recirculating dump valve:

but the Bailey looks a little better.
