First of all, the three engines you're referring to differ in displacement and turbocharger... The 2,0 that you have has a Garrett T25 (if I'm not completely misinformed...later 2,0T/185:s have the Garrett GT17), whereas the 2,0T/205 has a Mitsubishi TD04HL-15T (same as the 9-5 Aero). This is, incidentally, the same engine as the 9-3 Aero. The Viggen has the same engine as the 9-5 Aero, i.e 2,3T/230 hp.
Main differences for the more powerful engines are:
1) Crossflow I/C (more efficient, but easy to mount instead of your standard I/C)
2) Stronger cranks, pistons and valves.
3) Obviously different software
What you can do to increase performance of your car is:
1) Buy a better exhaust, preferably 3" and preferably from the turbo and back as it's the first part that does the most good.
2) Get an upgraded ECU from Abbott, Maptun, Nordic or some other company....
Another variant is to get an ECU from a 2,0T/200, which I believe is essentially the same hardware as yours.
Good luck!
