AutoMeter boost gauge install

'97 SET Coupe, Talladega trim.
Got an Auto Meter boost gauge for Christmas (from Accelerated Response) just after installing the Abbott America/Abbott Racing ECU. Don't know that I really need it now that the ECU is already installed, but was going to install it anyway. Comes with an "A" pillar pod and I can easily route the neumatic hose near the dash speaker. Next is getting it through the firewall.
Rather tight under there. Anyone out there install one before? Like to get some ideas before I tear into it too much. I took out the lower dash fascia to poke around and take a look. I see a wiring harness -- looks like my best bet. Probably between the internal and underhood fuse boxes.
If anyone has better ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it.
TIA
