you got to really lower the ratio. I know of several Fiat Punto GT owners who have done this.
This car is 1.4 liter, change head to get 1.6 liter, then lower ratio to under 8:1. At 7.7:1, you should be able to get a ton of boost no problem.
I really mean ALOT of boost. Since your car also has APC, we're talking 25-30 psi boost.
Ask a knowledgable mechanic about all this, since I'm not sure about the exact numbers.
You will of course need a monster turbo.. this will be less of a problem on your car, since 1.6 liter engines have to rev real high to get the turbo moving (4000rpm). Yours is 2 liter right? You should get boost at 3000rpm no problem. Try a Garrett T3 or T4.
You can easily achieve well over 300-350hp. I've seen your site, and see you are serious about performance, that's why I'm being a little extreme in my sugestions.
