A lot of those "Ricers" are cocky SOBS. I run into to them all the time (on the street and other message baords). They spend all this time trying to act cool by driving like a maniac through heavy traffic. Some kid reved his CRX at me the other day in heavy traffic, and almost hit a car (too busy seeing im going to race). In December, I had one (Integra with type R stickers all over it) pull a "ricer fly by" and rear ended a Lincoln. I wasnt racing the guy.(again, heavy traffic) He flew by me while reving his motor and WHAM.
As for the cars, "to each his own". I think they look atrotious(sp?) but thats my opinion. They look like toy cars all those stickers, monster spoilers, clear tail lights, and 20" chrome wheels
