Chip tuning via OBDII ports on 1994-up cars? Posted by Paul [Email] (#792) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Paul) on Fri, 8 Aug 2003 09:56:20 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I just purchased a 2000 Viggen and was curious to see what types of software programming was available for the ECUs of the late model cars and what types of programming parameters were available for them? Most of my experiences have been with late-model Volkswagen and Audi products where there are a plethora of options out there to increase boost levels, change fuel maps, etc.. and was wondering who was doing such things for Saabs?
Also, what kind of real-world results are people getting out of late model Saabs with these sorts of pieces along with exhaust system upgrades, turbo upgrades, etc?
Granted, this is a smaller market than the 1.8t or 2.7l twin turbo market but it seems like there might be room for it..
Thanks!
