It looks like a very clean factory cylinder head but you can still see all the major flaws in the porting. I did the same thing a few years ago and saw very little change in engine performance. If you do anything, take the head to have it ported and relieved before taking it to have it serviced. Highly polished ports and combustion chambers look nice but are said to perform poorly than a smooth but etched finish in the 180 grit range.
Even my cylinder head basics book says this about combustion chambers:
"Be suspect of smooth chamber surfaces, because while smooth surfaces may enhance raw air flow, chances are this can be detrimental to mixture quality."
