why not just relocate the filtered K&N air intake to a higher spot in the engine compartment?
Can the controls on the by-pass valve truly sense the water in the intake system and open the by-pass valve quick enough to prevent water intake without momemtarily starving the engie for air? And what about dirt/debris entering through the unfiltered (assumption) by-pass inlet?
Like I said, I have only a mental picture of this device/installation. Maybe a picture would answer my quesitons for me.
