Hi All,

I tried to get to the magically 250 Km/h this weekend agian, I was downed by a Nissan Pulsar 20 turbo on the highway. I could only manage 235 km/h and by a long way.

Dyno Results on the wheels
Revs Cold HOT
3000 RPM 370 nm 125KW 328 NM 112 kw
3500 RPM 357 nm 138Kw 334 nm 127 kw
4000 rpm 347 nm 141kw 327 nm 136 kw
4500 rpm 320 nm 148 kw 305 nm 143 kw
5000 rpm 280nm 141 kw 268 nm 137kw
5800 rpm 220nm 134 kw 205 nm 128 kw

The car peaks too soon with the smaller Mitsubishi turbo and cannot hold it's power to the 5800 governed topspeed.

An comments from other Viggen owners.

Perhaps I just have a lemon quite appropriate for a yellow viggen.

to get to Horsepower multiply it by 1.33 to get to the horsepower on the wheels.

In terms of Kilowatts the car is above specification. A technical explanation other than mine is required. By the way my wheel alignment is 100% correct.
