Moon, HI I checked mine as I am currently putting it back together from changing the camshaft, fitting a sway bar and new suspension bushes. I also took the time to fix the heater fan noise and the wiper motor by greasing the bearing and drilling a drain hole. No signs of any issues with that hole.
I'd say its s stress crack, maybe from the wiper motor applying stress. YOu should have other idications if it is a stress caused by frame distortion as a result of a crash.
