SAAB supplied radio kits, and parts, just not installed at the factory. In 1974/5 when trying to get rid of the remaining Sonett III's they may have included the radios from the port? I remember a lot of A/C cars. I am now 69 years old, and sometimes suffer CRS
I think there were Bendix? AM or AM/FM, and the Blaupunkt. WE removed the faceplate/block off from the glove box door, installed radio on mount plate, & I think cut and folded the original glove box cardboard? It's been 40+ years <g>
I have Jacks(MSS) exhaust, love the loud sound<g> Like loud cycle exhausts, I think of it as another safety feature.
MY Sonett web page 69sonett.com
Mine is yellow, now GM Daytona yellow with the grey parts black, remember I am from Pittsburgh and we eat sleep and drive black & gold! Steelers, Pirates, Penguin's
Remember it is YOUR Sonett, make what ever YOU like, not what an old fart like me wants. And enjoy it.
Good luck, RGS
