The MSS exhaust is loud for sure. It comes in two configurations. First is with a single glass pack muffler. This is loud and straight thru. It will work with any engine configuration. Making an engine breath better always helps. This is the exhale portion of breathing. It will be less loud without the higher compression pistons or the ported heads.
The second configuration of the exhaust is with a second glasspack muffler. This is about 2/3 the size of the first but Jack will explain how it works. Something about providing back pressure so that the primary muffler can work better.
Jack now has systems in stock. He was out for quite a while and his long time assistant decided to retire after nearly 40 years working with Jack. However with frequent calls requesting them he has put several systems together. These are the same aluminized pipe he has always used. not mandrel bent but it does not matter as the system is tuned to work best with the car. How many people can say they have put their exhaust system on a true engine dynomometer to tune it?
Best of Luck
