A few nights ago a friend noticed my tail lights weren't on. I keep trying to find the problem but can't. It's only the running lights at the back of the car (side marker lights are ok) and brake lights. Everything else works; the license plate lights, turn signals and backup lights.

I've done all the regular checks with a test light and multimeter. The bulbs are ok and are getting good contact, the grounds are good and had been regrounded earlier before I had this problem. After I had this problem the grounds under the hood near those relays were regrounded. I noticed most were grounded to the bar the relays were connected to so I decided to just connect all the grounds together into one on that screw that holds the bar in place just to simplify things a bit (in case that makes a difference).

This problem makes my brain itch. Please help Saabers! I have to meet an Esprit Mk1 for a drive next week!
