I think asking for new body panels may be a bit too much over the top, depending on how much damage was done.
Any good body shop can straighten panels and make the car look like new. I know this because I worked in my neighbors body shop growing up in high school where they primarily worked on Jaguar, Porsche, and Ferrari vehicles. If the body shop they took the car to is reputable, you shouldn't have any issues.
If I were you I'd be pissed not that they did the damage (hey, accidents happen) but more so that they tried covering it up without you knowing about it.
Use this leverage to deal with the extended warranty when you go back to the dealer. I'd ask for the extended warranty for free, and then negotiate up from there (maybe to their cost for the warranty?).
Tell them that you can't believe that they tried to pull a fast one on you, and that you question their honesty from now on. They basically tried to cover up their own mistake hoping you wouldn't find out about it. They should compensate you somehow for this behaivor. I'd ask to talk to the owner of the dealership if you aren't getting anywhere on the negotiation of the extended warranty.
