Well, you have good points. I hope I didn't start a feud here.....
Don't get me wrong, I know SAAB can do the job right. I hope GM gives SAAB the full "go ahead" to do what it takes to compete with Bimmers, Merc's, and others the way it wants and knows it can.
I think its incredible that we can get so much power out of an i4 w/FWD and high torch. I read somewhere about SAAB testing a v8 in a 9-5, but the engine ran hot and SAAB's president didn't like the v8 idea.
I love SAAB's so don't take me the wrong way.
