mmmmmmmmmmm, I kinda don't agree with that. Some how, SAAB's are always lumped into the same category as Bimmers and so on. I think people are awaiting for the "Potential" SAAB to match the 30% that it meets and beats the others to 100%.
I'm sure more and more BMW, Merc, etc..., would run to buy a SAAB if they heard/read that it produces 300+HP for their high end models.
The SUV concept,....people would get used to it. Caddy, BMW, Lex, Acura, and Infinity didn't always have one!!! :-)
