Hi,
Acura, Infiniti and Lexus have others supply parts for them, and they
somehow manage to produce quality automobiles. To blame quality of an
automobile on parts suppliers is a little too convenient. A good
systems engineer would *test* the parts which are supplied to him and
reject the ones that do not pass muster. If a parts supplier is causing
systems engineer to do too much back-and-forth, another supplier can be
chosen.
I do not believe that Saab still blames parts suppliers and leaves it
at that. Saab reliability would not have improved if that were the case.
thanks
Jae
