The speed is just basically a function of the final drive ratio, size of tire and rpm so it is all linear...if it becomes non-linear then your clutch is having issues...or you have bigger problems...

There are a couple of calculators around that you can just punch in tire sizes, final drives and redlines and it will give you this data. What becomes more interesting is overlaying the TQ curves and finding optimal shift points for each gear...
