Might be opened by attempting to change back to the OEM style Saab key and or fob. Unless you can find the shop that actually installed the remote starting system, you might be better off just leaving it be. The two piece style Saab keys and the fully integrated one piece versions are both compatable with your car, and can even coexist with each other if they are both programmed together by your dealer, but the bigger wuestion is,What did they do to your car when they put in the remote start kit? It is obvious that the old style Saab keys could not support that system which is why you now have the fobs that came with the remote kit. Unless there is something about the system that is giving you trouble or you cannot live with it,best to leave it be. The integrated Saab keys are about $120 each plus programming, so you are looking at perhaps $250 minimum to get 2 units and without at least one of the originals, about a thousand to change the security computer to work with the new keys. Ouch!
