MKB and I too would never add to your negotiated price after the fact. We're supposed to be smart enough to know the correct cost on what we're selling. Often though the customer dictates an "X amount over cost" quote and the dealers cost for Saabs does include the advertising association fee. X amount over cost is a very comfortable way for lots of folks to buy a car as it doesn't require a specific pick from a selection of differently optioned and priced vehicles.
