You don't say how long you're planning on going between oil changes. As others here have said, if you're changing conservatively (5k miles or less), then any fully synthetic oil should be fine. I'd suggest staying away from the Saab 5W-30 Syn Blend, but even that's probably fine if changed every 5k miles or less.
M1 0W-40 will provide more protection over longer intervals in your turbo than any of the Saab or M1 xW-30 oils.
