Fun drive to work today. Merged over to the collectors to make the exit to another highway (Gardiner WB to 427NB for those who would know or care)
Paying particular attention to the guy who was riding my ass.

3 cars ahead (maybe more?) Golf comes to a sudden stop.
X Type next. Barely makes the stop.
Integra next. Hits the Jag, bumps it into the golf (no damage to the golf)
Now I get a chance to stop fast enough to avoid the Acura, but not so fast that the guy riding my ass hits me. Job half done: didn't get hit but I hit the Acura.

Bumpers work. They bump pretty good. Licence plate frame isn't so tough though.
Cupholder works. Finished my coffee while we wait for the cop.

Anyone know how no fault insurance works? The girl in the Acura wants to claim it on her insurance (understandably, I can't imagine Acura hoods and jag bumpers/exhaust are cheap) I'd rather just pay for the damage I caused since its basically a scuffed bumper cover which couldn't cost more than a few hundred to fix.

I can live with a scuffed front bumper- People don't see much of the front of an Aero.

Anyone think my insurance rates will go up or would care to explain the intricacies of Ontario Automobile insurance?
