Years ago coming home from a late nite party on a rural 2 lane road in my 87 900S, I'm zooming around a sharp curve and suddenly come upon a dead deer right in my lane. Oncoming traffic in the left lane, and the guy that hit it is on the right shoulder. No where to go but right over it. Ka-chunk!! Car seemed OK except for loud exhaust. Looked underneath and there were all sorts of deer skin, flesh, and viscera hanging everywhere. What an odor on the way home!

Took it to a car wash to clean up before going to my local indie to check the suspension. But when they got it up on the lift there was still quite an array of body parts, including what were probably kidneys, but looked like testicles hanging there. Boy were those guys grossed out!! But no damage other than a cracked muffler.

The car stank for months as soon as it warmed up!
