Standing on principal, being a Saab purist, or whatever other bleeding heart notion comes to mind, it's wonderful we have the wisdom to appreciate those things and a forum to pass our judgement on to others.

Me selling the cars has lots more to do with the ultimate success of Saab and their ability to offer quality products then my delivering a message to GM about some relatively unimportant changes and deletions.

In my position I can't afford to whine about decontenting, missing hatchbacks or brand dilution with the coming of the 9-2X and 9-7X. I have to embrace the good side of all these issues.

I'm fairly observant, but I've never used my weather band, trunk net, sunglass holder, heated rear seat, winter mode or noticed what particular grade of material my elbows were resting on in my own 9-5.

My message is not to buy in to the whiners and snivelers about Saabs or anything else. Right now as far as Saab goes, the positives far outweigh any negatives. I've got to focus on all the positive oppurtunities Saab, and life, has to offer to be a success in my job and life.
