My 9000 is 15 years old - is the 95 as good a car?

There's only 261,000 km on my '89 9000T but it is 15 years old and maybe its time for something newer. I'm hesitant about how the GM Saabs are in comparison. I don't intend to get into GM-bashing -- just looking for honest, real-world opinions about the 95. I like the 9000's hatchback but would 'settle' for the 95 in a wagon. An other compromises that I'd have to put up with?
Thanks,
Rod.
