as others have noted you will want to replace ALL bearings. if on a budget you can skip the transfer chain bearings. replace reverse gear bushings and do reverse gear hack. make sure your keeper plate scew threads are in goos shape. if not then helicoil. syncro springs are cheap. syncros and forks are not. layshaft of course and laygear if possible. differential bearings and check pass side driver cup ( remove races and check for pitting and wear). spider assembly shaft a good idea and wear washers in diff spider. shift rod seal.
