CW is fuel pump check valve. "New" fuel pump may not have come with one, expecting you to put the old one in?
Other poss include Hall sensor connection on the distributor (is the plastic socket all busted up and loose in the distributor; what about the plug/is the connector all corroded/green oxidation?
Intermittent fuel injection/fuel pump relays. They're Bosch, and notorious for cold solder joints although I've had more problems with volvo FI relays than Saab.
Check/repair the ground/earthing point on the engine intake manifold. Check low tension wires for degradation/insulation cracking.
