I am now running the car and it runs at 1/4 highway or traffic with air con on, my theory on the pressure bulge i think is correct, radiator as mentioned had been re rodded, but no affect til hose change.... Tokk the hos and cut it in 1/2, there were no seperation of liner, except for a brown pittedf look to it which scraped off.......... 1/4 yes thats right, it is running at 1/4, cars are not meant to run above 1/2 way, the site says 3/4 is ok but i have to say that is wrong, my car is running better at this temp for the first time in 4 years........ Pressuer blockage look at some theaories on this
