range if treated properly. (The exception is your avg. american car, which will need an engine overhaul by 150K if your lucky). My wife had a 88 Camry with 310K miles, and the engine still ran like a fine swiss watch. Never did much but gas, oil, brakes. Tranny went at 220K, but what do ya want, probably never even changed the ATF(this car was before me....) The final straw was the body...as someone else mentioned. But consider that I don't think that car had ever been washed but a couple times when it was newer and it lived in salt territory, salted roads and coastal. By the way, my 900S is rusty as sh!t underneath, too(from previous owner). It's all about taking care of your car. If you ignore the cancer, it will eat your SAAB too.
If you really want a idea of issues with honda's, go to hondachat.com. Notice there is far less post activity concerning quarky little screwed up crap that is wrong with their cars...this board is loaded with them!
