Does anyone sell a replacement that works in this 89 EZK? I browsed the site and it looks like EZK/injection module for this model is different than most others. I noticed that ignition module for some later models was heat sinked and located next to EKZ EZU and one even heat sinked and mounted near but not on the coil??? But the wiring of these harnesses is different. Do you know if the newer models had EKZ ECU/ignition modules that might work? I guess the real question is did all newer models have the same crank mounted sensor and coil.
I also noticed on this site that the terms are used inconsistently - is the EZK ECU referred to as the ignition module or just the switching device mounted on the coil?
Must have been someone asleep at the wheel at SAAB in 89?
