By changing a tie rod, even if you measured carefully, you likely need to have the toe-in set. This is the only aspect of an alignment you would have affected. Tie rods have no affect on castor or camber. Tie rod length can affect bump-steer. This is why it's critical to keep both tie rods equal-length. By design, tie rods are the same length as lower control arms. so they swing the same radius. If a tie rod is of different length, it will "pull" that wheel when a bump is hit and the control arm goes thru it's motion.
