I did my clutch a couple of months ago and replaced the stock 91 900 NA clutch with the upgraded turbo unit. They sold it as a kit with a new slave and TO bearing. The diameter of the clutch disk was a little larger than the previous one but it fitted fine on the fly wheel. Did the pressure bleed on the slave and got the same wimpy pedal you are experiencing. Feels like it engages much lower than before and I did not have as much pedal feedback. Since I also have a 89 900 NA, I was able to compare both and verify that it was not my imagination. The pedals were feeling different. I tested it by putting the car in gear and letting the clutch up slowly to find the engagement point. It seemed like there was enough play so I just drove it. Over the last couple of weeks I have done two more pressure bleeds but it did not seem to make a big difference, so I figured it was due to the design change of the clutch and I am not too worried about it. It actually starts to feel more normal now, but that could be me getting used to it.
Bottom line, make sure you are able to dis-engage the clutch completely (car does not want to creep when you are in gear with the clutch on the floor) and then just drive it and don't worry too much. If you are not able to dis-engage completely, there is something wrong... :( In that case, you might want to try the reverse bleed suggested in the archives (push the fluid back up with an oil can).
Good luck, Harold
