Certainly the clutch could be suspect, but perhaps try changing the trans oil first. Put a fresh dumping of 10w30 in there and see how it feels. Check your clutch pedal too! The only way to really deterimine the wear is to remove pedal (actually I have read cases where the master cylinder fork pin hole was distorted by over 1/2 an inch). If that's the case, you don't have to remove the pedal to determine this. Just merely looking at the action should tell the story...
