Maybe a little late but I just did this and you don't need more pressure than you can supply by blowing through a tube.
I took a sour cream conatiner lid and cut a piece out of it the same size as the brake resivior cap so it would fit inside. I put a hole in that piece and put a piece of clear plastic tubing through it and siliconed the the two pieces together and smeared silicone over the disk so it would be rubbery. Let that dry and use the resivior cap ring to hold it in place. Open the bleeder on the clutch and blow into the hose on the contraption you made. Fluid will flow out of the bleeder. Total cost is 4 bucks, unless like me you already have it all laying around.
