a load test is just that....if it is fully charged and holds that charge steadily for a few minutes under a load test than I would assume its ok. If it dropped off 10 to 25 percent immediately than I would replace it. Adding distilled water used to be an option, if you can remove the caps then check them, though most batteries today are maintenance free. Whatever you do DO NOT disconnect the battery while the car is running, you can fry your alternator. I would check the alternator belts, make sure there ARE two and both are the same tension...check the alternator ground, replace even if it looks good...voltage regulator is a pretty easy replacement, and sounds like the culprit to me. Radio is more a result of the problem less a cause. Good Luck!
