Hi Saaboc,
That's right, I had no problems prior with the clutch. I was driving without a clip on the clevis pin which led to the yolk breaking off.
I'll hunt down a replacement yolk, new seals just in case the works fly out and if the works fly out I'll be prepared to bleed the clutch.
Interesting, if I understand you correctly, instead of a replacement pedal, which comes with or maybe does not come with a new clevis pin and clip, some people get rid of the clevis pin and clip altogether by drilling 3/8" for the 2 holes in the yolk. And then 3/8" in the pedal. Then use a bolt?
I am assuming this is an ordinary hardware store 3/8" bolt with threads and a 3/8" nut that screws on to hold the bolt in place against the side of the yolk.
Thank you!
Nanette
