Get a 3/8" bolt w/a smooth shank that extends 22mm (7/8") from the head. This will allow just enough room for two thin washers on the outboard sides of the yolk...the actual distance/ID between the two sides of the yolk is 20mm (3/4"). I rummaged thru the mess on my workbench & found the bolt I muffed up last time I did this mod...I chose stainless steel & galled the threads on the first one by repeatedly test fitting/trimming off excess length. SS is known for this, so if going that route...be careful & use anti-seize. Here is the what you should get; Any length 3/8" bolt that has a 22mm long area w/o threading. Two thin washers (about 1mm ea)...note that for some reason, SAE washers are sized the way lumber is & I'm pretty sure a 5/16" fits perfectly over a 3/8" bolt - go figure. Last but not least, a "nylock" type nut. Cut the bolt down to 1 3/8" (35mm) as measured from the start of the smooth shank...do not include the bolt head go that measurement...this allows about 2mm extending from the nylock nut I used Get
