Try welding a nut to the end of the broken stud. Weld through the nut's hole. then PB-Blaster a few times over several days and then try removing the bolt form replacement. OR!!!!!! Clamp the nut tight against the broken stud and weld the nut, Let cool, Unclamp, Paint area, Ride into the SunSet.
