The problem (or lack of) is that when the ACC is programmed for auto, it doesn't seem to increase the fan speed above the initial low setting when starting the car on a cold morning. It will start out low and select either defrost of defrost and heat for the direction, but air only trickles out even when I have been driving for over half an hour. If I program the ACC to my liking, i.e., fan med high on bi-level, it never gets the interior really warm, and will begin to blow cool air long before it reaches anything associated with 80 or 82F. Selecting HI blows out super warm air, but when it gets too hot and I lower it back to 82F it blows out cold air really hard. Not very comforting on a 30F day. At least my recently repaired bun warmer does its job. So do these nice leather gloves I got for Christmas...
Thanks for all the input!
Jon.
