I have found that I have to fill the reservoir all the way to the top and refill often so the fluid level stays way up there until the air is bled out of the system. Actually, filling to the top once usually clears the air out of teh system. I have no idea whatsoever why this would be necessary, as the clutch cylinder pickup is a good couple if inches from the top of the reservoir. NTL, filling to the top has fixed my cluch bleed woes every time, immediately. Try it. I pressure bleed, and it sounds like you're doing that. Let me know if this works for you.
