You may have difficulty getting off the 6mm (10 mm hex head). Mine were rusted into the nust in the plastic. I had to bend it down and hold teh nut with a vice grip to remove the bolt. Then I ran a tap through the nut, and a die over the bolt to clean up the threads then put some grease on it when it went back together (I live in the salty midwest). One needed a new checkvalve for the rear washer pump. The checkvalve leaked and that was where the fluid was coming from. Mine had a bad hose that I had to replace. Unless the reservoir has been damaged (Like Yaofeng's) or if it froze, it is probably not cracked. good luck!
