Unfortunately, no or not that I know of. You can try wire brushing the bolts, though. I recently bought a metric 'tap & die' set at Sears. I got the $45.00 one as I do use it a bit. There is a cheaper set which should be good for occasional use if you are so inclined. I have made do with just a metric 'tap set' for many years, though. I'd recommend getting one of those if nothing else. The way I see it, you can replace bolts pretty easily at the hardware store, but you do need to clean out threaded holes at times. When I put mine back together I used a bit of grease in the 'nuts' and also on the bolts. You never know when you'll need to take it off again and grease SHOULD dissuade rust formation.
