OK, but let's talk this through before you try to adjust it.
The anti-frost switch is under a small black plastic rectangle mounted to the top of the evaporator case. You can rule out the anti-frost switch as the cause of the problem by disconnecting the 2 green/white wires and jumping them together. If the problem persists with those wires jumped, that switch is not your problem.
If jumping the wires causes the rapid cycling to stop, then you need to figure out if the switch has gotten irritable, or if something is causing your evaporator to freeze and the switch is doing it's job. You should not touch the switch until you know the answer to that question.
First, make sure that both the compressor and condensor fan are coming on together. The compressor runs when the middle of the pulley engages. If the middle of the compressor pulley stays still, the compressor is not working.
